Cortney Rech

Cortney Rech is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, nonprofit, and security. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Human Resources Director at VITAS Healthcare since September 2025, Cortney previously directed human resources at ARC HUMAN SERVICES, INC., where efforts to enhance recruitment strategies significantly reduced vacancy rates and improved employee engagement among a workforce dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previous roles included building the HR department at Black Knight Security, overseeing workforce management at Asbury Heights, and facilitating HR activities at HCR ManorCare. Cortney began a career in recruitment with Mosaic InfoForce and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University.
