Kyle Withycombe is the Co-Founder and COO of Vive Organic, a company they have been with for 6 years and 9 months. Prior to Vive Organic, Kyle worked at 479 Degrees for 2 years and 2 months, where they held various positions such as Director of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Manager.

At Vive Organic, Kyle is responsible for leading the operations team and ensuring that high-quality products are delivered cost-effectively and efficiently. Kyle also participates in contract negotiations, manages inventory levels, and works closely with the Sales team to optimize the company's sales and operations planning process. In addition, Kyle mentors and coaches team members to help them reach their full potential.

Kyle Withycombe has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where they focused on Supply Chain Management. Kyle also studied Business and Spanish at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente, A.C. in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 2007, they participated in Semester at Sea, a 100-day educational study abroad program that traveled to Japan, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Egypt, Turkey, Croatia and Spain.
