Felipe Fernandes

Felipe Fernandes is a Senior Artificial Intelligence Analyst at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) since March 2022, focusing on AI platform development and content management through ChatGPT, as well as enhancing the company’s AI, Aura, via WhatsApp integration. Previously, Felipe worked at Mutant from August 2020 to March 2022 as a Mid-Level Development Analyst, contributing to the Aura AI project by integrating APIs and cognitive interfaces. Felipe began his career at Multilaser Industrial Ltda, holding various roles including Junior Management Information Analyst and Quality Assistant from November 2017 to August 2020. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Senac and a Technical degree in Information Technology from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.
