Ellen Frank is currently the General Counsel at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). Ellen has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate and zoning. 

Ellen started their career at Pep Boys in 1994 as an Assistant Vice President and Supervising Counsel. Ellen then moved to [PetSmart](/org/petsmart) in 2007, where they served as Senior Counsel - Real Estate and Zoning. In 2011, Ellen joined [Clear Channel Outdoor](/org/clear-channel-outdoor) as Senior Legal Counsel. During their time at Clear Channel, Ellen was responsible for regional operations and real estate counsel for Clear Channel Markets. 

In August 2017, Ellen became the Vice President and General Counsel at RED Development, where they were responsible for all legal needs of the company. Ellen remained in this role until November 2020, when they joined [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). 

Ellen has a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jim McCarthy is the Chief Technology and Supply Chain Officer at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). Jim has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including stints as the Chief Information Officer at VEREIT, Inc. and the Director of Operations at Pearson. 

Prior to joining [Vixxo](/org/vixxo), McCarthy served as the Director, IT Service Strategy at DHL from January 2003 to April 2006. Jim was responsible for overseeing the company's IT service strategy and delivery across North America. 

From January 1998 to December 2000, McCarthy was the Development Manager at [WebMD](/org/webmd). Jim was responsible for leading a team of developers in the creation of new features and functionality for the [WebMD](/org/webmd) website. 

McCarthy began their career in the IT industry in 1993 when they joined the [United States Army](/org/united-states-army) as a Sergeant. Jim served in this role for five years before leaving to join [WebMD](/org/webmd).

Jim McCarthy has a field in Information Technology and they went to [University of Phoenix](/org/university-of-phoenix-inc). Jim is certified from [ISACA](/org/isaca) in CISM - Certified Information Security Manager.

Craig Macnair has been the Chief Financial Officer at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo) since July 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Arizona Nutritional Supplements from July 2016 to July 2019.

At ANS, Craig directed and oversaw finance, human resources and IT functions for the privately held business. As part of the executive leadership team, they developed business plans to support growth in a highly dynamic industry and refined core business accounting processes leveraging technology of ERP system. Craig provided regular financial updates to the Board and Banks.

Some of their key accomplishments at ANS include successfully acquiring and integrating a business, realizing 25% incremental revenue and leverage of existing manufacturing assets. To facilitate the transaction, they restructured existing debt and increased the credit line. Additionally, Craig realized savings of 20% through an RFP for all insurance coverages and healthcare programs. Lastly, they transformed the business analysis function, developing a team of experienced finance controllers and analysts who are driving incremental business value through product portfolio analysis and manufacturing efficiency projects.

Before their time at ANS, Craig worked in various finance roles at companies including [Deloitte](/org/deloitte), [CIT Group](/org/cit-group), and GE Capital. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from [Syracuse University](/org/syracuse-university) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Tim O'Donnell is the current General Manager of the Sign and Lighting Division at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). Tim has over 40 years of experience in the sign industry and has been with [Vixxo](/org/vixxo) for almost 5 years. Prior to joining [Vixxo](/org/vixxo), Tim was the President and CEO of Heath and Company for 27 years. Tim then served as the Executive Vice President at Federal Heath Sign for 2 years before joining [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). During their time at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo), Tim has been responsible for IMS sales and marketing activities.

Deanna Pickering is an experienced business lawyer who currently serves as SVP and General Counsel at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). Prior to their current role, Deanna served as General Counsel at Infusionsoft (now [Keap](/org/keap)), where they were the first in-house GC. During their time at Infusionsoft, they helped the company raise $55 million in Series D funding from investors such as [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs), [Bain Capital Ventures](/org/bain-capital-ventures), [Mohr Davidow Ventures](/org/mohr-davidow-ventures), and [Signal Peak Ventures](/org/signal-peak-ventures). After 2016, Deanna became a member of the executive team.

Deanna has also held roles as VP General Counsel at Lumension and Corporate Counsel at Direct Alliance Corporation. Deanna is a founding partner of Pickering Law Office PLLC, which they ran from 2007 to 2008.

Matt Brown is the Chief Revenue Officer at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo). Matt has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Before joining [Vixxo](/org/vixxo), Matt was the Chief Revenue Officer at [AirMap](/org/airmap) from July 2020 to March 2021. Matt was responsible for sales of [Embraer](/org/embraer)’s light and mid-size executive jet aircraft throughout areas of the United States. Matt represented a portfolio of four aircraft ranging in price from USD $4MM to $23MM targeted to private, corporate, and government customers. 

From February 2018 to June 2020, Matt served as the Vice President, Global Sales Strategy at GE Digital. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy for GE’s Predix platform and applications. Matt led a team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals in various global locations.

Prior to their role at GE Digital, Matt was the Sales Director, Aviation - Commercial Center of Excellence at GE from January 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on selling commercial aviation engines and services to airlines around the world.

Matt was responsible for sales of [Embraer](/org/embraer)’s light and mid-size executive jet aircraft in the United States. Warren Weller has been in the technology industry for over 25 years. Warren started their career at IBM in 1994 and rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Infrastructure Services for the Financial Services Sector. In this role, they were responsible for sales and revenue growth for one of IBM's largest outsourced clients. Warren left IBM in 2013 to join [Vixxo](/org/vixxo) as Chief Client Officer.

In their current role at [Vixxo](/org/vixxo), Warren is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationships, including sales, service delivery, and account management. Warren has been instrumental in driving profitable revenue growth for the company while developing strong relationships with clients.
