Malia Manning

Malia Manning, PharmD, is a distinguished Pharmacy Executive Director at Vizient, Inc, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Malia served as the Pharmacy Manager for Therapeutic Policy Management at UAB Medicine from August 2004 to February 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating the activities of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and leading medication safety initiatives, achieving $3 million in annual savings through new procurement solutions. Malia's early career included roles as a Pharmacist in Drug Information and General Medicine. Malia holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University and has further education from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
