Ebony Jordan

Ebony Jordan possesses extensive experience in communications and media, currently serving as Acting Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Communications at V/Line since August 2014. In these roles, Ebony drives media and customer communications, focusing on reputation and issues management while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Previous positions at V/Line included Acting General Manager Media & Stakeholder Relations and Senior Media and Communications Adviser, where Ebony developed media strategies and managed crisis communications. Prior to V/Line, Ebony worked as a Broadcast Journalist at WIN Television, where responsibilities included reporting and producing news segments, and as a Journalist at Colac Herald, covering local news. Ebony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a major in Journalism from Deakin University.
