Shalini Trivedi

Shalini Trivedi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Retail Head for Mumbai and the Service Excellence Head at Vodafone Idea Limited since June 2019, Shalini oversees training, quality, customer experience projects, and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Shalini worked at Vodafone from February 2005 to June 2019, holding positions as Training Manager, focusing on training and capability building, as well as Retail Service Manager. Shalini holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce from the Apex Institute of Management & Science, completed in 2004.
