Don Ingal

Head of User Support Operations at Voi Technology

Don Ingal is the current Head of User Support Operations at Voi Technology. Don has held this position since March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Greenlight Operations Manager at Uber from March 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they led site operations of the Victoria Greenlight Hub, the in-person Uber support centre for the driver partner and delivery couriers network. Don also owned the financial and operational performance of the site, managing a 60-head team, and partned with the larger network of Greenlight hubs globally to improve the customer experience by identifying root causes, developing vendor relationships, and leading the launch of new locations.

Before Uber, Don was with Tourch Co., Inc. (Torch Restaurant Chain) from June 2014 to March 2016 as their Business Development Manager. In this role, they expanded brand availability from 2 to 5 restaurants in less than 2 years by establishing a structure to the operations, human resources, and financial processes of this start-up.

Prior to that, Don was a Retail Territory Manager with Shell from June 2012 to April 2014. Before that, they were Jr. Regional Development Manager with L'Oréal from June 2009 to May 2012. And before that, they were a Marketing Intern with L'Oréal's Matrix, Professional Products Division from April 2008 to May 2008.

Don Ingal graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. Don then attended Xavier School for their secondary education.

They are on a team with Max Bromee - Head of Field Logistics, Nikola Tsekin - Head of Supply Chain, and Jonas Westerberg - Head of Security. Don Ingal reports to Fredrik Bjellder, VP Operations.
