Julian Martinez

COO & Co-Founder

Julian Martinez is currently the COO and Co-Founder of VoiceVoice. Prior to this, Julian was the Head of Product at MaestroConference from February 2016 to February 2022. At MaestroConference, Julian was responsible for building, growing, and leading the company to a successful exit (acquired by Voxology). Julian led a fully remote, global operations team of 30, including Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing.

During their time at MaestroConference, Julian redesigned the Product Management function to shift from engineering-driven to user-focused. This redesign led to the identification of features that reduced customer onboarding time by 80% and improved participant satisfaction from 3-star average rating to 4.5, with 90% of participants opting in to attend again.

Julian also obtained critical resources for the company, including six Product Design teams at $0 monetary cost to conduct in-depth user research and develop a design to meet a “3-Steps to Launch Meeting” Challenge. This was completed in 3 sprints and iteratively tested and refined UX/UI to meet the challenge.

In addition, Julian identified and refined growth initiatives by analyzing in-product engagement metrics, conducting customer interviews, and performing user research to identify killer features and inform the product roadmap.

Julian led the most significant product launch in MaestroConference's history with the introduction of a new video conferencing product to challenge Zoom. This launch doubled the total number of customer accounts in 6 months.

Julian Martinez received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.

They are on a team with and Imran Moinuddin - CTO. Julian Martinez reports to Brian Burt, Founder & CEO.
