Alexander Kienle

After completing a degree in business administration at the University of Augsburg, Alexander Kienle worked in the field of assurance at KPMG in Munich.

In 2003 he joined Voith’s Group Controlling as a Corporate Planning Consultant. Following overseas deployments at Voith Paper in North America and Austria, Alexander Kienle took over as the CFO of Voith Paper Automation in Heidenheim in 2009.

In 2011 he moved to Voith Hydro GmbH & Co. KG – initially as Member of the Board of Management and CFO, and then from February 2016 as CEO. From September 2018, Alexander Kienle held the position of Senior Vice President Group Planning & Controlling of the Voith Group.

In July 2019, Alexander Kienle was appointed to the Board of Management of Voith Paper, whereas Chief Financial Officer is in charge of Finance and Controlling of the Group Division.
