Julie Fry

Julie Fry holds an MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Currently serving as the Strategy & Integration Manager at Volaris Group since January 2024, Julie previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at ClickDimensions. Throughout a diverse career, Julie has overseen enterprise-wide operations, implemented business process transformations, and driven financial planning and management across various organizations, including PGi and Bank of America. Julie's extensive experience in technology strategy, operations, and project management is complemented by a strong educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech and a Strategy Execution Certificate from Harvard Business School Online.
