Nikki Pates is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, public relations, events, and marketing. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Business Partner at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) since August 2019, Nikki drives engagement and cultural enhancement through strategic messaging and two-way communication. Previously, as Internal Communications, PR, Events and Marketing Manager at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, Nikki successfully developed compelling campaigns and produced informative product videos.
