Oliver Gruß

Oliver Gruß has extensive experience in financial management and controlling, currently serving as Team Lead Controlling at Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland since July 2025. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as a Senior Business Controller at ubitricity from June 2022 to July 2025 and held the position of Senior Controller at RSG Group GmbH from September 2017 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Oliver gained experience in financial due diligence at Ernst & Young from September 2015 to September 2017. Oliver holds a Master of Science in Finance from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Paderborn University.
