Kevin Valcke

Kevin Valcke is a highly experienced physiotherapist currently serving as the Lead Physiotherapist and Medical Coordinator for Volleyball Canada since March 2023. Valcke has been actively engaged with Canada - Uganda Canada Sport Medicine (CUSEM) since May 2017 as a physiotherapist and educator, focusing on enhancing sports medicine practices in Uganda. Previously, Valcke worked at the Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Centre from September 2015 to July 2023, providing care to UBC athletes and the community, while also holding roles such as Head Trainer for UBC Men's Basketball. Valcke's expertise includes working with various sports teams, including the women's national field hockey team and the Vancouver Whitecaps, as well as serving as Head Physiotherapist for Team Canada at international competitions. Valcke holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Western University and completed a Sports Physiotherapy Fellowship at The University of British Columbia.
