Christine Lally

As Volta’s Chief Audit Officer, Christine Lally oversees and monitors Volta’s internal risk management, financial governance, and regulatory compliance. With over two decades of experience in auditing and consulting, Christine upholds the integrity of Volta by building out crucial risk and audit practices. Throughout her career she has established and directed the Internal Audit and SOX compliance functions at several newly formed public companies and private companies looking to go public. Before joining Volta, Christine was Director of Internal Audit at Aventiv Technologies, a leading provider of technology solutions to corrections and government services. Christine also served as Director of Compliance at KBR, Inc. and Partner at Stinnett & Associates. She is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Christine received her B.S. in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
