Ionut Soroiu

Ionut Soroiu is an experienced project manager specializing in the development and construction of solar power plants, currently working at Voltalia since December 2022. Previously, Ionut held project management roles at Greencells Group, overseeing contract negotiations and subcontractor performance, and at Simtel Team SA, where responsibilities included client relationship management and engineering oversight. Ionut has a solid background in the energy sector, having managed projects in Nigeria at Energy Resources SRL and ensuring PV installations met time and budget constraints at SGM Chile. Earlier roles at Energobit SA and ZeurosNet SRL involved contract negotiations and technical reviews, complemented by an engineering foundation in electrical systems from a degree in Energetics from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
