Joshua Kelaher

Joshua Kelaher currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations at Voltera, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Joshua was the Senior Manager of Field Service Operations (Energy & Charging) at Rivian from January 2021 to June 2022, where efforts were directed toward establishing a robust Field Service program for the Rivian Adventure Network and related charging programs. Joshua's experience includes roles at BTCPower, where end-to-end Service Operations were defined for EV charging solutions, and Electrify America, where commissioning and maintenance processes were developed for public DC fast charging networks. Earlier roles involved commissioning engineering and consultancy in energy efficiency for commercial projects, showcasing extensive capabilities in energy operations and management. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on Energy and Environment from James Madison University.
