Additionally, Caleb is the Principal at HWood Ventures and the Founder of Lion Development, a real estate private equity firm focused on several sectors including student housing and multi-family development. Previous roles include Vice Chairman of the Board at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, Venture Partner at Moschel Capital, and Founder & Chairman of Operation Help the People.
