Frank Righter possesses extensive experience in product quality management and operations leadership. At Volvo Construction Equipment since June 2009, Frank has served as both Product Quality Manager and Assembly Area Manager. Previously, at ESAB Welding and Cutting Products from May 2004 to September 2008, Frank held the position of Value Stream Manager, focusing on daily operations and continuous improvement efforts to enhance team efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Supervisor at Collins and Aikman Plastics from August 1998 to May 2004, along with a decade of service as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps from August 1989 to August 1998.
