Tuğba Kaygusuz

Tuğba Kaygusuz is a seasoned professional in the field of software release management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior SW Release Manager at Volvo Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tuğba held the position of SW Release Management Engineer at Zenseact from January 2020 to October 2024. Tuğba's experience at Ford Motor Company spanned five years, during which time various roles included Lean Process Specialist, Body Interior Product Development Engineer, and Change Management & Planning Engineer. An internship at Farplas provided initial industry exposure in 2013. Tuğba holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Galatasaray Üniversitesi and two Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Sakarya University and Universidad de Almería.
