Staci Recksiek is a seasoned Global HR Operations Leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR solutions aligned with corporate goals. They have held prominent roles at various organizations, including serving as VP, Global Head of HR Operations at FLSmidth, where Staci led the transformation of HR operations across 120 countries. Staci has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, and as a People Ops Director at DealerSocket, showcasing expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and labor law compliance. Currently, Staci serves as Senior Director of Global Payroll at Vontier and continues to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
