Miles Dodge

Miles Dodge is the current Director of HR at Vooks. Prior to this, they worked as the Student Initiatives and Alumni Relations Coordinator at Oregon State University from August 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive student development program, including recruitment and selection, professional development, transformative learning agenda, intern/practicum programs, and recognition while also ensuring student success and positive relationships with future and current alumni. From August 2017 to June 2018, Dodge also served as the House Director for the Beta Pi chapter of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Prior to their work in higher education, Dodge worked as a Purchasing Agent for Daimler Trucks North America from January 2015 to March 2017 and as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2014.

Miles Dodge has a Graduate Certificate in College and University Teaching from Oregon State University, an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Portland State University, and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University. Miles also has a certificate in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid. Dodge has a high school diploma from Chiloquin High School in Chiloquin, Oregon. In 2030, they received certification from LinkedIn in How Today's Trends Will Reshape the Future (Book Bite). Miles also has certification from LinkedIn in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, HR as a Business Partner, and Performance Review Foundations (2014). Finally, Dodge has a Team Performance Certificate from The Predictive Index.

Miles Dodge reports to Marshall Bex IV, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Joey Jenkins - CFO, Seth Patterson - Chief Marketing Officer, and Shannon Bex - Co-Founder & Chief Communications Officer.
