Melanie Flynn

Melanie Flynn is a seasoned logistics and operations professional with over 19 years of experience in the US Navy and the VT Group. Currently serving as a Logistics Specialist III in Readiness Data Analysis at VTG, Melanie previously held various leadership roles in the US Navy, including Assistant Officer in Charge and Assistant Maintenance Manager at the Fleet Readiness Center Reserve Mid-West. There, Melanie led a team of 120 personnel in aviation maintenance operations. Additional responsibilities included developing operational plans as Assistant Maintenance Officer and managing the largest Aviation Life Support System division as Division Officer. With a strong background in supply chain management as a Supply Corps Officer, Melanie played a pivotal role in transitioning to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Penn State University.
