Deborah Kleopfer

Deb began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and worked in the field of research. She maintains a background in program development, quality control processes, and chemical cleaning systems. She has been actively involved in the facilities maintenance and management industry for over 30 years holding positions in business development, management, and quality assurance. Throughout her career, she has built and developed successful client focused teams that are dedicated to high level client satisfaction and solutions management.

Deb is currently an active member of Connex and RFMA associations where she has volunteered her time serving on the Connex Editorial Board, Females in Facilities Give Back Task Force, and the RFMA Resources Committee. Deb enjoys anything outdoors, creating new landscaping, and quality time with her family and pets.
