Donna Regan

Director Client Experience at W Services Group

Donna discovered the world of facilities management almost twenty years ago and has made a career of it since. During her time in the industry she has effectively held various positions both on the client and the contractor side and has successfully ran a number of programs like snow removal, trade services, and the ever-important compliance program. Donna has been the recipient of “Employee of the Month”, “Client Achievement”, and “Raving Fan” awards.

In her current role as Client Experience Director she is responsible for proactively ensuring that every facet of our clients’ experience with our company and our services is best in class. When Donna is not serving our clients, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors through camping or spending time at the beach.
