Yvette Berlanga

With over 25 years of experience in all areas of Human Resource Management, Yvette serves as our dynamic Director of Human Resources. In this role, she develops and implements strategies that support business growth, improve employee morale and retention, enhance employee safety and wellness, and most of all, implements strategies that strengthen the overall culture of W Services Group.

We believe that our people and culture are our most valuable assets and Yvette plays a tremendously important role in growing and developing those precious resources. Yvette is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has a history of working with outreach organizations and agencies. Yvette’s personal passion is in interior design where she can be found mixing contemporary and traditional designs with a touch of glam!
