Yesenia Navarrete

Yesenia Navarrete has over seven years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Team Member Relations at Grainger since March 2016. In this role, Yesenia acts as a strategic thought leader, focusing on team member experience, employee relations, and performance management. Previously, Yesenia held multiple HR roles at Grainger, including Manager of HR Service Delivery and Supervisor of the HR Service Center, developing expertise in coaching, consulting, and risk mitigation. Prior experience includes positions at For Eyes by GrandVision as a Doctor's Technician and Sales Associate and an internship at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where Yesenia coordinated events for a large student body.
