Doug McDaniel

Doug McDaniel has extensive experience in real estate finance, currently serving as Senior Director at Walker & Dunlop since September 2016. McDaniel's career at Walker & Dunlop includes roles as Director of Multifamily Finance, Associate Director, and Assistant Vice President, following an initial position as Senior Production Analyst. Prior to this, McDaniel worked at Greystone & Co. as an Agency Underwriter for Multifamily, leading underwriting for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily Debt Products, and also served as an Analyst focused on deal sizing, structuring, and underwriting for these debt products. McDaniel began his finance career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Comstock Resources. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi obtained in 2011.
