Industry-leading specialist investment bank Waller Helms Advisors (WHA) has announced the promotions of Andrew Cochran and Alex Weiss to Managing Director and invited each to become a Partner in the firm.
Having worked with WHA for nearly five years, Cochran has been an indelible factor in the development of WHA’s insurance practice, with a particular focus on insurance distribution and MGAs. Weiss, who also joined WHA in 2015, has led WHA’s Healthcare practice for the duration of his time with the firm.

By making the Cochran and Weiss Partners in the firm, WHA intends to recognize and reward the men’s significant contributions to the firm. In addition these two promotions, Matthew Botek was promoted to Associate, shortly after celebrating his second anniversary with WHA.
