Robert Longyear

Robert Longyear is a co-founder and president of Avenue Health, a digital healthcare services company focused on modular and scalable virtual care management. Longyear serves as a board member for the Health Information Exchange Policy Board, appointed by the Mayor of Washington, D.C., and for the Commission for Nurse Reimbursement, which advocates for better recognition of nursing services. As VP of Digital Health and Innovation at Wanderly, Longyear enhances access to contingent healthcare jobs globally. Longyear has authored two notable books on healthcare innovation and virtual care, and has held various roles in health policy analysis and product management, contributing to advancements in Medicaid reform and population health solutions. Longyear holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management and Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Wake Forest University.
