Martijn Stouthart

Martijn Stouthart is an experienced business controller with a strong background in financial management across various industries. Currently employed at Wärtsilä since May 2015, Martijn has held multiple roles including Business Controller for the Product Line Thrusters & PCS and interim Manager of Business Control for Propulsion, overseeing EBIT responsibilities with a global perspective. Prior experience includes serving as Project Controller at ENGIE, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, risk management, and internal audits, and at Ballast Nedam, managing project control efforts. Martijn began a career in finance with roles as a Finance Intern at CBRE Nederland and Accounting Administrative Assistant at Alfa Accountants en Adviseurs. Martijn holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
