Nina Sode-Carlsen

Nina Sode-Carlsen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business capability development, technology management, and project management across various sectors, including construction and IT. Currently serving as Director and Business Partner for Global Functions Technology Development at Wärtsilä since April 2022, Nina previously held leadership roles at YIT, including Vice President positions focused on business capability development and operative competence development. Notably, Nina was involved in the YIT-Lemminkäinen merger as a member of the Integration Management Office and contributed to creating governance processes for the new company. With a solid foundation in ICT and project management obtained at companies such as Nokia and Metsä Group, Nina holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aalto University.
