Speedy Rice

Speedy Rice is a Partner at Clarke Johnston Thorp & Rice, a Partnership of Professional Corporations, based in San Diego, California, since 2009. Rice also serves as a Professor of Practice at Washington and Lee University's School of Law, where teaching has continued under contract after a full-time retirement in August 2006.
