Thomas Paul

Thomas Paul is an accomplished Environmental Engineer currently employed at Waste Connections of Canada since November 2025. In addition, Thomas serves as the Young Professionals Representative for the Atlantic Canada Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) since February 2025. Previously, Thomas held roles at Dillon Consulting Limited as an Engineer-in-Training specializing in Waste Management, gaining expertise in landfill design and compliance monitoring among other responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include positions at XCG Consulting Limited and the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, as well as internships in construction engineering. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, earned in 2022.
