Navdeep Kaur

Navdeep Kaur, B.Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of the Customer Systems Development Unit at Water Corporation since June 2022, after holding various leadership roles in both operational and customer systems management. With extensive experience as the Managing Director of Baba Nand Singh Bhangu Industrial Technical Institute since November 2010, Navdeep has also contributed significantly to the Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development as Systems Operations Manager and to the Department of Training and Workforce Development in roles including Application Support Manager and Development Operations Coordinator. Additional experience includes business intelligence and data reporting at the Department of Finance, coaching at the Western Australia Swan Festival of Lights, and event management at notable events such as the Australian Sikh Games and Western Australia Women Expo. Navdeep holds an MBA from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College.
