Kathleen Waugh

Kathleen Waugh is currently the COO at Water Environment Federation. Prior to that, they were the Chief Administrative Officer at National Catholic Educational Association from February 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at The National Association of Social Workers from December 2012 to February 2019. Kathleen has also worked as an attorney and principal/owner at Kathleen C. Waugh, Esq. from February 2012 to December 2012.

Kathleen Waugh attended Wellesley College for their BA, where they majored in English and Religion. Kathleen then went on to earn their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in the fields of Management/Corporate Strategy and International Business. Finally, they obtained their Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law.

Kathleen Waugh reports to Walter Marlowe, Executive Director. They work with Lisa McFadden - Director, Water Science & Engineering Center, Deana Gissendanner - Director, Conferences & Events Management, and Barry Liner - CTO & Director.
