Heather Comer

Heather Comer currently serves as the Head of Digital Delivery at Watercare Services Limited since June 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held multiple positions at Auckland Council from September 2019 to June 2023, including Head of ICT for Regulatory Services and Programme Delivery Manager. Heather's career also includes significant experience at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Ltd, where roles included PMO Manager and Senior Project Manager from July 2010 to July 2019. Additionally, Heather worked as an IT Projects Consultant at Microdec Plc from October 1996 to October 2006. Heather Comer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Kingston University between September 1990 and July 1993.
