Na'Cole Elledge

Na'Cole Elledge, CPA, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Watermark Bank since October 2025. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at RCB Bank from December 2016 to September 2025, including Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit. Additional experience includes positions at MidFirst Bank as Compliance Testing Manager and Audit Manager at BKD, LLP. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, as well as an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Oklahoma College.
