Cassandra Schroy

Cassandra (Schenck) Schroy currently serves as the Newly Married Assistant at Watermark Community Church since March 2017. Previous experience includes roles in partnerships and communications at Amazon Outreach, where involvement focused on short-term mission trips along the Amazon River, and as a marketing associate for the National Registry for Adoption, facilitating connections between birth parents and hopeful adoptive families. While working with Samaritan's Purse, Cassandra managed PR media relations for Operation Christmas Child, supervised volunteers, and engaged with media outlets. Other notable positions include leading missions staff for Kaleo Missions, freelance writing and social media management for Christianity Today, and various administrative roles. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
