Lisa Ciampolillo

Lisa Ciampolillo is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Waters Corporation since March 2025. Previously, Lisa held the position of Senior Director of Talent Management at Aspen Aerogels, where responsibilities included developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies.
