Ritika Pareek

Ritika Pareek is a Senior Engineering Manager at Wattpad. Ritika has over five years of experience in engineering management and software development.

Ritika started their career as a software engineer at DITTO, where they were responsible for building a kiosk application for virtual try-on of glasses. Ritika then became an engineering lead at Varian Medical Systems and Arinitiatives, where they led teams of engineers in developing medical software and hardware products.

Most recently, Ritika was an engineering lead at Kateeva, where they worked with Samsung on developing OLED display technology. Ritika has a wealth of experience in managing engineering teams and developing software products.

Ritika Pareek has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Ritika has certification from LifeLabs Learning in Manager core 1 and from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.
