Phil Kemp originally joined WCP in 2015. He has almost 20 years of experience in investor relations and fundraising at several private equity firms, including Doughty Hanson, Ripplewood Holdings and Snow Phipps Group, as well as the private equity funds placement group at Jefferies. Earlier in his career, he worked at Greenwich Associates and Salomon Brothers Inc.

Mr. Kemp holds an A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
