Cathy Kroskey

Cathy Kroskey is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Specialist in Quality Assurance Operations at Wave Life Sciences, Cathy previously held multiple key roles at Replimune, including Associate Director of Quality Assurance, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of quality systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. At Amgen, Cathy advanced through various positions, ultimately serving as Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on nonconformance investigations and quality oversight for manufacturing facilities. Cathy began her career at Synergen as Building Services Manager, overseeing lab support facilities and space planning for a large employee population. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany and Plant Pathology from Colorado State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Wildlife Biology from North Dakota State University.
