Anna Hickey

Anna Hickey is the Global Client President at Wavemaker, a media agency that is part of GroupM and WPP. Anna has held this position since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Maxus Global from May 2015 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Managing Partner, Northern Europe at MEC (GroupM PRIMUS) from May 2012 to May 2015. And before that, they were the Business Director at Carat from January 2001 to May 2012.

Anna is a passionate champion for diversity in the marketing and advertising industry. Anna is a member of the Advisory Board for the Diversity in Marketing & Advertising summit.

Anna Hickey has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Advertising & Marketing from Lancaster University. Anna achieved a 2:1 grade in their degree.
