Puneet Bhatia

Puneet Bhatia is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in data engineering and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Leader for the Global Fulfillment Network at Wayfair since March 2022, Puneet previously held the position of Director of Data Engineering at Walmart Global Tech, where significant achievements included leading a global team of over 80 engineers, contributing $700M in revenue growth for Walmart Pharmacy, and transitioning large-scale data operations to cloud-based solutions. Prior roles at Capital One involved managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions and establishing a unified analytics platform post-acquisition of ING Direct Bank. Puneet holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University.
