Kaitlin Cornelius, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success management and healthcare operations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success Management at Waystar since March 2017, Kaitlin oversees the management and retention of $36 million in Annual Recurring Revenue and leads a team of seven Client Success Managers. Previous roles include Senior Client Success Manager at Waystar, Manager of Ambulatory Operations at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, and Manager of Established Client Services at Huron.
