Katie Walton

Katie Walton is currently a Recruitment Coordinator at Wazoku. Prior to this, Katie worked as an HR / Recruitment Coordinator at Medtronic Digital Surgery and an HR Assistant at Northern Gas Networks.

Katie has experience in managing the full onboarding process for new starters, conducting interviews for internship openings, monthly headcount reporting, sickness absence reporting, processing of occupational health forms, scheduling probation period meetings, taking notes at disciplinary and grievance meetings, managing and inputting maternity and paternity leave, and full management and data entry of annual performance reviews.

Katie is a skilled coordinator with experience in all aspects of recruitment and HR. Katie is efficient and organized, with a strong focus on providing a good candidate experience.

Katie Walton has a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Development from Leeds City College and a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Development from Bridlington School.
