Erik Gallant

Erik Gallant is a seasoned digital communications professional with extensive experience in web strategy and development. Currently serving as a Senior Web Strategist at WDG since June 2023, Erik previously held positions at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, including Director of Web and Associate Director of Online Communications, where responsibilities encompassed managing web development projects, overseeing design staff, and enhancing user experience and accessibility. Prior roles also include Web Communications Manager at Westfield State University, where Erik focused on social media and digital marketing initiatives, and Managing Producer at MassLive.com, where leadership of digital operations and content development was key. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Rochester and further education from Emerson College.
