Jessica Spenik

Jessica Spenik, Esquire, currently serves as a Practice Success Coach at WealthCounsel, LLC, where responsibilities include coaching members on developing and enhancing estate planning law practices since April 2023. As the Attorney and Owner of The Spenik Law Firm since September 2019, Jessica provides estate planning, probate, guardianship, and elder law services in Brevard County. Previous experiences include an internship with the Honorable David Silverman at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court and a Certified Legal Intern position at Brevard County Public Defender's Office. Jessica Spenik earned a Juris Doctor from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and holds multiple academic credentials, including a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies/Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
