Kate Beach

Kate Beach has extensive experience in consulting and talent acquisition, currently serving as Head of Consulting Growth for UK&I, EMEA & APAC, and Global Head of Strategy Consulting at AMS since June 2017. Previously, Kate held leadership roles at Randstad Sourceright and Pontoon Solutions, focusing on business development and client services in varying capacities. With over a decade at hyphen Workforce Solutions, Kate managed RPO and MSP accounts across multiple industries, including financial services. Kate's career began at Adecco Group, where notable positions included Account Director and Business Development Manager. Kate holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Leicester.
